Having worked across a variety of healthcare settings, she brings strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a people-first approach to every challenge.
Now co-leading Dirt Queen, Keeks is applying those strengths to the logistics and haulage industry, helping build a trusted Melbourne business founded on reliability, professionalism, and genuine customer service. As a soon-to-be mum and business owner, she's passionate about creating a lasting legacy for her family and community.

Bella is the four-legged heart of Dirt Queen and our official Chief Morale Officer. She keeps the team smiling with her friendly nature, wagging tail and love for meeting new people.
Whether she's supervising from the office, joining us on the road or reminding us to take a well-earned break, Bella brings positivity to every day. While the humans take care of the logistics, Bella's job is making sure everyone enjoys the journey.

Dirt Queen was founded by myself Keeks and partner Sam, a hardworking Melbourne couple with a shared vision: to build one of Melbourne's most trusted logistics and haulage companies.
As we prepare to welcome our first baby into the world, we are also taking a leap of faith into business ownership. Driven by determination, family values, and a passion for the transport and construction industry, where reliability, relationships, and quality service come first.
What started as a dream on a dog walk quickly became a mission to connect clients with dependable haulage solutions while creating opportunities for drivers and owner-operators across Melbourne.
And so Dirt Queen was born!
